Yukon Gold, red, and fingerling varieties. Dug fresh and stored in our root cellar for winter sales.
Carrots

Beets

Red and golden beets, perfect for roasting, pickling, or eating fresh with greens attached.
Kale
Jun – Oct
Lacinato and curly varieties that actually get sweeter after a frost. A Zone 4 champion.
Zucchini

The crop that keeps on giving. Green and yellow varieties, perfect for grilling and baking.
Winter Squash

Butternut, acorn, and delicata. Cured and stored for months of hearty fall and winter meals.
Green Beans

Bush and pole varieties, picked young and tender. Great fresh, blanched, or canned for winter.
Onions

Eggs

Free-range eggs from our flock of happy hens. Rich yolks, hard shells, and available weekly.
Cut Flowers
